hola!
Hola!
I'm Norma Masip Gustems, a Barcelona-based Casting Director with over 10 years of experience across commercials, film, and TV. I cast real people- professional actors, street finds, and the one person who walks in and makes you forget the brief.
Diversity isn't a buzzword for me; it's a responsibility. I'm committed to opening space for underrepresented voices and telling stories that reflect the world we live in.
I'm a Board Member of APDICE (The Spain Casting Directors' Guild) and sit on its DEI Committee. I work across Spain and collaborate with European talent.
If your story needs a cast that feels honest and alive, let's talk.
